The Batura Jacket is built for expedition use in high-altitude or polar environments, with a rugged Pertex Shield shell that deflects wind, rain, sleet, and snow. Narrow boxwall baffles allow the 800FP European Goose Down with Nikwax Fluorocarbon-Free Hydrophobic Finish to fully loft, trapping heat to keep you warm. The front zip is insulated and draught-free, and the inside mesh pockets are large enough to stuff gear or access with bulky gloves. The hood can be cinched in to seal out the wind, and the stiff peak improves visibility and protects your face.
